Preliminary Online Building Review
Clarify and prioritise your buildings according to the presence of cladding. A very cost-effective report covering facade details, adjacent properties and a priority rating in relation to the potential presence of unsafe facade materials.
Site Inspection
Our inspectors physically visit the site and assess the facade, specifically the presence of cladding of both Aluminum and Polystyrene nature.
Cladding Sample Extracted
If a product of risk is identified, our inspectors are able to extract a core sample on site to determine the material nature of the cladding. This sample is also kept by FCA in case the need for material testing arises.
Collation of Information
Information regarding the building and its structural properties is also collated to assist in determining the risk presented by any dangerous cladding.
Cladding Inspection Report
A report covering our findings is provided after investigation is completed. This document provides important information regarding the cladding material, its location and presence, the relevant substrate and building structure along with a final verdict on the present risk and what actions need to be taken. This report covers all questions that Insurance and other key stakeholders including occupants, property managers, owners and councils are asking at this time.
Risk Assessment
In the case that dangerous cladding is discovered to be posing a reasonable risk to the safety of stakeholders, FCA will recommend that a risk assessment is carried out by a reputable Fire Engineer to determine what rectification works need to occur. These recommendations will be outlined in the Cladding Inspection Report.
Findings Review
On completion of the investigation, all findings are collated and reviewed to determine and define if any remedial works need to occur.

An outline of the scope of remedial works is defined to be quoted off.
